I want to start carrying my lunch more days than not. There’s multitude of reasons for this: expense, nutrition, variety, convenience.
But aside from sandwiches and salad I haven’t any ideas on what makes for a really good lunch that will taste good hours after I prepare it. I just hate it when you make this uber tasty meal that 4 hours later looks like slime and oxidized fruit.
Does anyone have some ideas? I like just about anything: Italian, eggs, chicken, spinach, yogurt, chili, ect. What do you pack when you brown bag or bento it?
Funny enough yesterday my co-worker called me outside. I popped my head out the door and standing about 20 ft away was Shaquille O’Neal. Yeah, that was random.
